The room was lovely and had a nice flat-screen TV with cable channels. It also had climate control and a personal safe for keeping your stuff secure 👍. the staff here are really friendly and welcoming. If you fancy a drink with a view, there's a cool rooftop bar here too.

Modern hotel located right by the Inner City at the foot of Elisabeth Bridge as well as Matild cafe. Roof top bar with soft drinks. Such great experience there.

My room had central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen television. the restaurant offered a wide variety of breakfast options. - the location was fantastic, right by the Inner City near Elisabeth Bridge and the vibrant nightlife and Public Transport.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel located near the city centre and within easy reach of popular visitor spots. Walking or taking a taxi, we could explore Budapest's beautiful neighbourhoods. the hotel's cafe is lovely, and the staff provided fantastic service that made us feel at ease. Our spacious room and beautiful tiled bathroom were the perfect combination, while the facilities were spectacular. From the gym to the Duchess Bar and the Cabaret restaurant, everything was top-notch.

Room service could have been a bit better, with the quality of the food falling below expectations.

The hotel has a stunning location, relatively close to the Hungarian National Museum. It was a very comfortable stay, and just a 5-minute stroll from the metro. - the staff provided extra care and were competent and amicable. - the luxury room was equipped with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The staff were friendly and always motivated to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was amazing, and we loved starting our day at Matild cafe.

This hotel is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make your stay special. The rooms are beautifully decorated with personal touches that made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. The location is perfect, easy to walk to all the main attractions and just a short taxi ride to the city center. And the breakfast, oh my, it was absolutely delicious! So many options to choose from, we left each morning feeling satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

I stayed at the beautiful Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection hotel, for 3 nights. The recently restored palace impressed me, and my stylish room with modern amenities and a gorgeous bathroom was perfect. The staff were extremely hospitable and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a well-equipped gym. It was located in a prime area, making it easy to explore the city during free time.

The room size was quite small and the bathroom was disproportionately large, leaving little space for belongings.
